📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute export strategies to maximize Bangka Belitung's mineral and agricultural product exports.
• Build and maintain relationships with international buyers, exporters, and trade associations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new export opportunities.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, including government agencies and industry associations, to facilitate export activities.
• Manage and optimize export logistics, including documentation, shipping, and compliance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export growth.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and best practices.
• Mentor and develop the skills of the export team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management, international trade, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful export projects and growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mineral and agricultural export markets.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages.
• Certification in export management or international trade (e.g., CITES, WTO).
• Experience with export-related software and tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
