IT Technician - Tangerang

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and maintaining security protocols.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
• Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and maintenance.
• Proficient in using various IT tools and software, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and network monitoring tools like Wireshark.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
