📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of industrial properties, including maintenance, security, and utility management.
• Work closely with property owners and tenants to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring that properties are operated efficiently and profitably.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and value of industrial properties.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports to property owners and tenants on the performance of industrial properties.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to operate industrial properties effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial real estate market in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
