Area Recruiter - Mass Hiring for Sales Teams

As an Area Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting large-scale recruitment drives, leveraging various sourcing channels, and using recruitment software like BambooHR and Greenhouse. You'll need to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct large-scale recruitment drives for sales positions across Manado.
• Source and attract top talent using various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates to identify the best fit for our sales teams.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct interviews.
• Manage the entire recruitment process using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Develop and implement innovative local sourcing strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring or sales recruitment.
• Proven experience in using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Sulawesi Utara.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sales processes and metrics.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
