📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events such as health fairs, product launches, and corporate wellness programs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue event opportunities that drive sales and brand awareness.
• Develop and implement event strategies that align with our sales targets and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees and sponsors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in event management, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and health supplement industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
