As our HR Recruitment & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to join our esteemed team. You’ll also design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our fast-paced steakhouse environment. Utilizing tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse, you’ll streamline our recruitment processes and leverage data analytics to continuously improve our hiring strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill various roles within the restaurant, ensuring a diverse and talented team.
• Design and implement training programs using tools like LMS (Learning Management System) to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in recruitment and training.
• Assist in developing and maintaining company policies related to HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and training, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LMS.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
