In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving our systems and projects, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders.,Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes to support business growth.,Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
