📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial transactions, including contract negotiations, due diligence, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of commercial agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and in compliance with FAT regulations.
• Monitor and report on FAT compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct research and analysis on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the client's business operations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation, including reports, memoranda, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal advisors to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of legal matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in commercial law and FAT compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies and compliance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in commercial law or FAT compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial law, including contract law, corporate law, and FAT regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legal documents and reports.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with FAT compliance requirements and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
