📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure seamless operations across multiple sites.
• Manage and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect sensitive data.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations and site management.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing IT operations in a multi-site environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
