📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily warehousing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.
• Manage and implement waste management strategies, focusing on reduction, recycling, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and protocols for warehousing and waste management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and waste management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehousing and waste management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, warehousing, or waste management.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and waste management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
