📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the mall.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including but not limited to ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of the systems.
• Collaborate with facility management and other stakeholders to address operational issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of the mall and its occupants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale building operations, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and building automation systems (BAS).
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in West Papua.
