ALC Supervisor - Construction Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and submittals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement risk management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction operations and project management.
• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, including residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
