📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quantity surveying activities on construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project schedules.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to verify the accuracy of measurements and quantities.,Prepare and submit progress reports and cost analysis to project stakeholders.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising quantity surveying activities on construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying, such as MS Project, Primavera, and other cost estimation software.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent) is a plus.
