📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all suppliers and contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that the company receives the best possible value for money.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.,Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract renewals.,Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
