Resto Zahra Digital is seeking a talented and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and manage reservations.,Handle and process payments and refunds.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide information about our restaurant and its services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
