📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management and sales tracking using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and train retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assist in the organization of sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the fashion or consumer products industry.
• Proven experience in managing retail staff and driving sales performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and tools such as SAP and Excel.
