📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the cashier section and ensuring accurate financial transactions.,Providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Handling cash and non-cash payments, including insurance claims.,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.,Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Training and supervising junior staff members.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.,Assisting in inventory management and ordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or related role in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record in financial management and accuracy.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Familiarity with hospital management systems and software.,Valid certification in cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
