🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid insurance sales certification (e.g., Certified Insurance Counselor, or equivalent).
