📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels,Process transactions and handle cash and card payments,Recommend products and provide information about our brand,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Assist with promotional activities and sales events,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software,Friendly and approachable attitude,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-store and remote tasks),Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds
