📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure alignment with company needs.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide the best candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.,Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor market and job seeker trends.
