📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.,Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, fire safety, and security.,Order and inventory maintenance supplies and materials.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.,Provide technical support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair.,Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
