📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
