In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.,Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Assist in restocking food and beverage supplies as needed.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Report any issues or concerns to the manager immediately.,Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage preparation is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
