In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our high standards of service and safety are met. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver an outstanding experience to our members, using tools like our in-house management system and POS software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the facility
- Manage and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and safety
- Monitor and maintain inventory and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the fitness or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to manage and mentor staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS software and in-house management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
