📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following standard recipes and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Assist in the preparation of daily and special pastries for events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
