In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our GMP Compounding Hub. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and maintenance for the GMP Compounding Hub equipment and systems.,Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and quality standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.,Conduct regular equipment calibration and validation.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the GMP Compounding Hub.,Train and mentor junior engineers and staff on technical aspects of the GMP Compounding Hub.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the GMP Compounding Hub's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and quality standards.,Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with GMP Compounding Hub equipment and systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
