📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising a team of lab technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.
  • Conducting and supervising various laboratory tests and experiments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Training and mentoring new lab technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyzing and interpreting test results to provide accurate and reliable information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the laboratory.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
