📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify client identities and assess risk levels.
• Perform due diligence on customer accounts and transactions using LexisNexis and other AML screening tools.
• Analyze and monitor transactions for suspicious activities in accordance with AML regulations.
• Maintain and update customer records in the Core Banking System.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports on AML findings and customer risk assessments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance compliance efforts.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on KYC and AML procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Compliance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles.
• Proficiency in using LexisNexis, AML Screening Software, and other relevant compliance tools.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and financial crime prevention.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
