📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to enhance program quality.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting interviews and assessments.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
