Fast Bright Abadi is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product standards.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
