📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the HR Manager in managing and developing the company's human resources.

Supporting the recruitment and selection process.

Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Conducting employee training and development programs.

Assisting in the management of employee benefits and compensation.

Supporting the HR information system.

Assisting in the management of employee relations.

Assisting in the management of employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using HR software and information systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
